Over this 30 Day Challenge, not only am I challenging myself to eat as clean as I can, but to also show you how easy it is to BE and LIVE healthy once you put your mind to it.  The last 9 months have been a real eye opener for me.  I have learned that I really have been eating HORRIBLY on the weekend (too much cheating) and with the help of the Nike Fuel Band I have realized that I am not as active as I thought I was.  Sure I am with clients “all” day or teaching classes, however there are days that I am at the computer for 3-4 hours, which is killing me slowly!

The Nike Fuel Band has “made me” vacuum more regularly, go for runs at 7pm even if it is only 20 min and run further and faster than I would previously have pushed myself.

Day 2 

Breakfast:

Cacao Smoothie

-1 scoop HealthTrim Cacao powder

-10 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

-Handful Baby Spinach

-1 TBSP Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

-1 TBSP Almond Butter

-1 TBSP Mila

*1 oz Fusion, 1 oz Goji, 1 oz Acai Plus, 1 oz Daily Build, 1 oz Coral Calcium, 2 oz GoYin

Pure Cafe mixed with 8 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Snack: 1/2 Quest Bar Apple Pie

Workout: Full Body Strength Routine with Lucy- E2 pre workout Cherry Blast

Lunch:

-Flank Steak

-Roasted Cauliflower (olive oil, salt and bake for 45 min stirring every 15, top with parmesan cheese)

-Sautéed Mushrooms and Sweet Peppers in garlic, olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar

Snack: Genesis Pure Energy- No sugar added Grape

Dinner:

Spaghetti Squash Roasted Pablano Pepper Alfredo

-Spaghetti Squash, Ground Turkey, Sauteed Mushrooms, Spinach, and Artichoke Hearts topped with Classico pablano pepper alfredo— note to self— learn how to make it from scratch

Snack: 1 TBSP Almond Butter and Dark Chocolate Chips

*2 oz GoYin

WATER: 120oz
