Do you see a trend?  Yes I tend to eat the same things, it helps me stay on track.  I seem to find foods I like and stick with them for a few weeks and then try new things.  It’s easy for me and helps me reach my goals.  Amazingly I never get board with my food.

Breakfast:

Cacao Smoothie

-1 scoop HealthTrim Complete Shake Cacao

-10 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

-1 Scoop Mila

-1 Handfull Baby Spinach

-1 TBSP Almond Butter

*2 oz goyin, 1 oz fusion, 1 oz goji berry, 1 oz acai plus, 1 oz daily build, 1 oz coral calcium

* Genesis Pure Energy- Unsweetened Grape with 20 oz water

Snack: Quest Bar Apple Pie

Lunch:

Kale Salad, with flank steak, pine nuts, Newmans Own olive oil and vinegar dressing

WORKOUT: Pure Strength Circuit

 

Dinner:

Chicken and Veggies

-2 Chicken baked tenders (not sure of the seasoning) with sauteed mushrooms and red peppers

 

Snack: Almond Butter and Cocoa chips

WATER: 130oz
