What to Expect: Ultimate workout for belly fat loss.  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts have been proven to blast fat with short, intense unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rest. This class will combine burnout bodyweight cardio exercises coupled with HIIT exercises using the Kinesis Wall, kettlebells, Bosu, Step360, and Glider Discs.
Know Before You Go: All levels are welcome, our trainers are exceptional at gearing each and every workout towards your fitness level!  HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE prior to class…you might get a little sweaty!
