Max Intensity

What to Expect: A warm-up is required for our Max Intensity class, which is why we begin every MI class with stretching to loosen up the muscles, and joints. This class is filled with heart-raising, plyometric, full body exercises to strengthen every muscle including the heart.
Know Before You Go: We focus on correct form and plan this class based on the body’s different planes of motion, so even though there’s plyometrics, your body is safe with us!
