Metabolic Conditioning

What to Expect: Smarty-Pants training with Metabolic Conditioning. You’ll do all-out bouts designed to increase endurance. Prepare to heft weights (kinesis, medicine balls, TRX, and kettle bells) and do cardio shredders (burpees, squat jumps, jumping jacks, etc), doing as many reps as you can.
Know before you go: You move non-stop, so keep towels and water handy to keep going.
