Life in balance. We hear that we need to “find balance” in our lives. Which sounds like it should be fairly simple……WRONG. We are pulled in so many different way throughout the day, sometimes it’s hard to even breathe!
People often ask me what my go to “diet” is or ask me which “diet” is best. I despise that word, you need to create a lifestyle. A way of living and eating to fuel your body. This fuel should help you get through your day, have energy to live, think and workout, as well as recover. And by recover I mean both from mental and physical stress. We often ignore the signs our body is giving us from too much stress. This could be neck or back pain, achy joints, stomach discomfort or cramping, and even sleepless nights.
