Kinesis Konnection JULY 2014 Challenge!

Challenge yourself each and everyday to complete the task and exercises called out!

RULES:

  1. Day 1: Using the list of health and fitness activities below, fill in your own bingo card- available at KK, (one activity per square) and post it at KK.
  2. Each morning, 2 wellness activities will be called out via FB and Instagram. Complete the activities and mark them off your card, take a pic of your activity or complete work and post on FB and/or Instagram- tag us*, #betterbodybingo and #kkfitfam
  3. Each BINGO completed will receive 25 points and a small prize.If you choose, you can save up your points and claim a ‘larger’ prize. Ex: 4 Bingos=a 100 point prize.
  4. The first person who gets a Full House Bingo (aka Coverall or Blackout) will get 100 points and the game ends.
  5. You can play catch-up (if you don’t join the game the first day. Just be sure that you make your card BEFORE you read which activities have been called, AND you must do each exercise before marking it off your card.
  6. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND BE HONEST!! NO CHEATING!

*TAG US in your pictures of the activities you completed- this means in a picture on Facebook or Instagram… we need proof, the more you prove you completed, the less you’ll have to explain!!

  2. GO FOR A JOG OR WALK OVER 1 MILE LONG
  3. COME TO 2 KINESIS CLASSES IN ONE DAY
  4. EAT PROTEIN BASED BREAKFAST
  5. GET AN EXERCISE BALL FOR OFFICE CHAIR
  6. START A NEW HOBBY, SHOW US WHAT IT IS
  7. GET A MASSAGE
  8. MAKE A HEALTHY CHOICE AT A RESTAURANT
  9. GO FOR A BIKE RIDE AND TAKE A BIKE RIDE SELFIE
  10. SPRING/DEEP CLEAN YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE
  11. BUST YOUR BOOTY- 50 lunges, 40 jump squats; 30 jump lunges; 20 side steps; 10 bridges each leg
  12. BRING A HEALTHY LUNCH TO WORK FOR A COWORKER
  13. TAKE A YOGA CLASS
  14. EAT A PROTEIN BASED POST-WORKOUT MEAL
  15. DRINK A GREEN SMOOTHIE
  16. BRING A FRIEND TO THEIR KK FIRST CLASS
  17. START AND FINISH A BOOK
  18. ATTEND A COMMUNITY EVENT
  19. CALL AND CATCH UP WITH AN OLD FRIEND
  20. CLEAN OUT YOUR PANTRY OF ALL TEMPTATIONS- THROW IT AWAY!
  21. LOG OR WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU EAT FOR 1 FULL WEEK
  22. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR WEEKLY MEAL PREP
  23. WORKOUT WITH A FRIEND
  24. OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT- save 10% of your paycheck
  25. CLEAN YOUR CAR, INSIDE AND OUT
  26. MAKE A GOAL BOARD- a board to visualize your goals
  27. GO FOR A JOG OR WALK OVER 2 MILES LONG
  28. 60 JUMPING JACKS; 60 MTN CLIMBERS  x2
  29. CHECK IN AT KK ON FACEBOOK
  30. MAKE A PALEO DESSERT
  31. GET YOUR BODY FAT CHECKED
  32. WRITE AND MAIL A LETTER TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER
  33. MAKE A FINANCIAL BUDGET PLAN
  34. 20 BURPEES; 20 PUSHUPS; 20 MTN CLIMBERS x4
  35. TRY A NEW VEGETABLE
  36. GET A DAY PLANNER AND WRITE DOWN YOUR EXERCISE SCHEDULE
  37. 20 SECONDS HIGH KNEES, 10 SECONDS REST. x8 (4 MINUTES)
  38. 1 DAY JUICE CLEANSE (ask for healthy suggestions)
  39. TABATA TREADMILL WORKOUT- 100% effort
