“My Daily Flu Shot” via Stephanie Larkins

Today it was 2 bananas, 1 handful of kale, 3/4 c green grapes, 1 c frozen blueberries, 1 c of frozen tropical mix (mango, papaya, pineapple strawberries), 2 T chia seeds, 1 scoop RAW Protein Vanilla powder(mixed w/oz of water), and finally 1 cup of Unsweented Vanilla Almond Milk! haha it’s my breakfast.

This is a great way to get in your essential vitamins and nutrients!   The only changes I would suggest is adding fat to the shake. Ex. Avocado or coconut oil.  And unsweetened coconut flakes….the benefits of coconut is amazing!
