Casey’s path to the health and fitness field began her junior year of college when she lost 40lbs. After this lifestyle change, her passion switched to helping others realize the benefits of health and putting themselves first. For two years she worked as a personal trainer and academic instructor at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Along with running campus wide health programs, Casey was also in charge of the Recreation Department’s Wellness and Fitness Institute.
Because of having gone through the incredible and difficult journey of weight loss, Casey enjoys connecting with her clients and practicing what she teaches. She believes that there is no better way to help someone than to understand where they are coming from and relate to someone on a professional and personal level.
Casey is currently pre-med and studying for her MCAT, but when she is not busy, you can find her doing yoga, running, or galavanting around Disney.
