Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Kinesiology. He has been a personal trainer since 1995. Chris has worked with the full spectrum of clients from High School aged athletes to retirees wanting to stay active. Chris has worked in large health clubs, country clubs and in personal training studios.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, music, skateboarding, DJing and being outdoors as much as possible.
Leading by example along with an openness to share knowledge, help others and teach are Chris’ pillars of success. Growing up in Minnesota with a large extended family Chris had one cousin his age and one older cousin. Every other cousin was younger by at least three years. So from the earliest age Chris was teaching his younger cousins how to ride a bike, throw a ball, climb a tree, make a snowman and any other outdoor activity depending on the season (except ice skate; Chris cannot ice skate). This is why teaching and instructing in the fitness arena comes naturally and is so rewarding for Chris.
